Italy Gardens & Nursery is the data controller for personal information you share with us. We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and deliver your order — typically your name, contact details and delivery address.

We do not sell your data. We store enquiry and order details in our internal systems for as long as needed for customer service and accounting (usually up to 7 years for invoiced orders under Irish tax rules), and then delete them.

You have the right, under GDPR, to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted (subject to the retention periods above). Email info@italygardens.com and we'll respond within a month.
